LCM Graduate Diploma Business Management & Marketing

Marketing is one of the most flamboyant and creative careers within international business and industry. In 2010 there was over $27.5 trillion of international trade. With this growth comes increased opportunities for the international business manager, but equally presents increased competition for each and every position. Our dedicated marketing qualifications are designed to prepare you for a career in the field and make you a desirable employee. We provide courses accredited by the London Centre of Marketing (LCM), a well respected international awarding body.

Candidates must attempt a minimum of four modules in total. Three modules are mandatory and the candidate must complete at least one of the two optional modules successfully before the Award can be issued.

The Graduate Diploma in Business Management & Marketing can be taken as a singular level over the course of a recommended six-month period, this award can be offered over a longer period of time if necessary.

This Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 6) can also be taken in conjunction with the Diploma, Higher Diploma and Professional Diploma culminating in the achievement of a Graduate Diploma in Business Management & Marketing. The qualification taken in this way should be studied over a recommended course of 2-years duration (exemptions may influence this.) The course may also be offered over a longer period if necessary

Teaching terms are over 4 terms per year with a minimum of 32 weeks per year (excluding holidays) and a minimum of 18-21 hours are taught per week.

To be awarded the BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University you must :

  • Minimum entry requirements are 5 GCSE O Level Passes or the equivalent (or high school graduation equivalent)
  • A demonstrated proficiency in English or IELTS 5.5 or B2 equivalent
  • Applicants / Mature Students (aged 21 years or above) with relevant work experience will also be considered for eligibility.

The course is assessed via external exams held in March, June, September & December.

Students having successfully completed a single module will be issued with a progress mark sheet recognizing their achievement for that individual module.

On successful completion of all mandatory and optional modules, a final Group Diploma will also be issued.
