Accommodation

There are various types of student accommodation available to you. Although you can provisionally arrange housing before arriving in the UK, it is advisable to visit the property after arrival in the UK, before signing any property agreements or paying any deposits to your landlord.

The types of housing you may consider are:

• Private Accommodation
• Flat
• Shared House
• Halls
• Homestay

The College does not directly offer any accommodation facilities, but we will assist you through outside agents.

Staying with a homestay family is a great way to learn about life and culture in London, as well as an opportunity to really improve your spoken English.  Homestay accommodation in Zones 2-6 can be provided through a homestay agency.

If you require help with finding accommodation, please inform us in plenty of time, at least 15 days prior to joining. We will ensure that a local estate agent contacts you to help you find something suitable. Accommodation Placement Service is charged on a pro-rata basis.
